Boycot Dinamalar

Dear Muslim Umah,
There is a arrogance happening agains ISLAM, printing of Prophet(let peace be upon him cartoons)
Before it was in Europe, denmark, france etc,
NOW IT IS OUR COUNTRY ,INDIA.

On 1st of September, a daily newspaper in Tamilnadu, Dinamalar published the Prophets(Let peace be upon him) cartoon in its computer magazine. This is a clear mockery against Islam. There were angry protests in vellore, salem and madurai and case has been registered.
http://in.news.yahoo.com/139/20080902/808/tnl-police-detained-agitators-angered-by.html

But as a Muslim we should try to
1.) Stop this evil by hand
2.) Stop this evil by words
3.) At the lease hate them and boy cot them

The Book on Government (Kitab Al-Imara)
Muslim :: Book 20 : Hadith 4569
It has been narrated on the authority of Umm Salama that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: In the near future there will be Amirs and you will like their good deeds and dislike their bad deeds. One who sees through their bad deeds (and tries to prevent their repetition by his band or through his speech), is absolved from blame, but one who hates their bad deeds (in the heart of his heart, being unable to prevent their recurrence by his hand or his tongue), is (also) safe ( so far as God's wrath is concerned). But one who approves of their bad deeds and imitates them is spiritually ruined. People asked (the Holy Prophet): Shouldn't we fight against them? He replied: No, as long as they say their prayers.

What not to Do in Taraweeh:-

1.) Should not look forward for its conclusion, should be done with Kushoo
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "Successful indeed are the believers, those who offer their salaah (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness." [al-Mu’minoon 23:1-2] i.e., fearing Allaah and in a calm manner. Khushoo’ means calmness, serenity, tranquillity, dignity and humility. What makes a person have this khushoo’ is fear of Allaah and the sense that He is always watching. (Tafseer Ibn Katheer, Daar al-Sha’b edn., 6/414). Khushoo’ means that the heart stands before the Lord in humility and submission. (al-Madaarij, 1/520).
It was reported that Mujaahid said: "and stand before Allaah with obedience" [al-Baqarah 2:238 interpretation of the meaning]’ part of obedience is to bow, to be solemn and submissive, to lower one’s gaze and to humble oneself out of fear of Allaah, may He be glorified. (Ta’zeem Qadr al-Salaah, 1/188).

2.) Should not be fast

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Once the Prophet entered the mosque, a man came in, offered the prayer and greeted the Prophet. The Prophet returned his greeting and said to him, "Go back and pray again for you have not prayed." The man offered the prayer again, came back and greeted the Prophet. He said to him thrice, "Go back and pray again for you have not prayed." The man said, "By Him Who has sent you with the truth! I do not know a better way of praying. Kindly teach Me how to pray." He said, "When you stand for the prayer, say Takbir and then recite from the Qur'an what you know and then bow with calmness till you feel at ease, then rise from bowing till you stand straight. Afterwards prostrate calmly till you feel at ease and then raise (your head) and sit with Calmness till you feel at ease and then prostrate with calmness till you feel at ease in prostration and do the same in the whole of your prayer."
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 12 :: Hadith 759

He (saw)"forbade three things: pecking like a hen, squatting (iq'aa'), like a dog and looking around like a fox"
Ahmad and Abu Ya`laa. See Saheeh at-Targheeb (no. 556).

3.) Reciting Qur'an fast, so that no one behind understand and the reciter just want to finish reciting..

Recitation of Quran in Taraweeh- and other Prayers.

In Soorah al-Muzzammil(chapter 73) ALLAH(subahanallahu ta'ala) says
Meaning: And recite the Qur'ân (aloud) in a slow (pleasant tone and) style

Ibn Katheer in his Tafseer describes as follows:-
(And Rattil the Qur'an Tartil.) meaning, recite it slowly, for that will help in understanding the Qur'an and contemplating it. This is how the Prophet used to recite. `A'ishah said, "He (the Prophet) used to recite the chapter slowly, so much so that it would be longer than chapters that were actually longer than it.'' In Sahih Al-Bukhari, it is recorded from Anas that he was asked about the recitation of the Messenger of Allah , so he replied, "He used to elongate the letters.'' Then he (Anas) recited,

(In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.) (1:1) and he elongated "In the Name of Allah,'' and he elongated "The Most Gracious,'' and he elongated "The Most Merciful.'' Ibn Jurayj reported from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, who narrated from Umm Salamah that she was asked about the recitation of the Messenger of Allah , so she said, "He used to pause in his recitation, verse by verse.

(In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is Allah's, the Lord of all that exists. The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the Day of Recompense.) (1:1-4) This was recorded by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi. We have already mentioned the Hadiths which prove the recommendation of slow rhythmic recitation and beautification of the voice while reciting at the beginning of this Tafsir. For example, the Hadith which states,

«زَيِّنُوا الْقُرْآنَ بِأَصْوَاتِكُم»

(Beautify the Qur'an with your voices.) and the Hadith,

«لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَتَغَنَّ بِالْقُرْآن»

(He is not of us who does not chant nicely with the recitation of the Qur'an.) and the Hadith,

«لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِزْمَارًا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُد»

(Verily, he has been given this windpipe from the windpipes of the family of Dawud.) Referring to Abu Musa. Abu Musa replied, "If I knew that you had been listening to my recitation, I would have truly beautified it for you.'' It has been narrated from Ibn Mas`ud that he said, "Do not scatter the (recitation of) Qur'an out like the scattering of sand, and do not rush through it like the hasty recitation of poetry. Stop at its amazing parts and make your heart move with it. None of you should let his concern be to reach the end of the chapter.'' This has been recorded by Al-Baghawi. Al-Bukhari recorded from Abi Wa'il that he said, "A man came to Ibn Mas`ud and said, `I read the Mufassal chapters (from Qaf to An-Nas) last night in one unit of prayer.' Ibn Mas`ud said, `This is rushing like the haste of reciting poetry. the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the Day of Recompense.) (1:1-4) This was recorded by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi. Gluttony

Overeating , Gluttony
007 - Soorah al-A'raaf - (The Heights (or The Wall with Elevations)) - [Makkee]
[Verse : 031] O Children of Adam! Take your adornment (by wearing your clean clothes) while praying [and going round (the Tawâf of) the Ka'bah], and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allâh) likes not Al-Musrifûn (those who waste by extravagance).
Tafsir:-
Allah said,
(And eat and drink..). Al-Bukhari said that Ibn `Abbas said, "Eat what you wish and wear what you wish, as long as you avoid two things: extravagance and arrogance.'' Ibn Jarir said that Muhammad bin `Abdul-A`la narrated to us that Muhammad bin Thawr narrated to us from Ma`mar from Ibn Tawus from his father who said that Ibn `Abbas said, "Allah has allowed eating and drinking, as long as it does not contain extravagance or arrogance.'' This chain is Sahih. Imam Ahmad recorded that Al-Miqdam bin Ma`dikarib Al-Kindi said that he heard the Messenger of Allah saying,
«مَا مَلَأَ ابْنُ آدَمَ وِعَاءً شَرًّا مِنْ بَطْنِهِ بِحَسْبِ ابْنِ آدَمَ أَكَلَاتٍ يُقِمْنَ صُلْبَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ فَاعِلًا لَا مَحَالَةَ فَثُلُثٌ طَعَامٌ وَثُلُثٌ شَرَابٌ وَثُلُثٌ لِنَفَسِه»
(The Son of Adam will not fill a pot worse for himself than his stomach. It is enough for the Son of Adam to eat a few bites that strengthens his spine. If he likes to have more, then let him fill a third with food, a third with drink and leave a third for his breathing.) An-Nasa'i and At-Tirmidhi collected this Hadith, At-Tirmidhi said, "Hasan'' or "Hasan Sahih'' according to another manuscript. `Ata' Al-Khurasani said that Ibn `Abbas commented on the Ayah,
(And eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allah) likes not the wasteful.) "With food and drink.'' Ibn Jarir commented on Allah's statement,
(Certainly He (Allah) likes not the wasteful.) "Allah the Exalted says that He does not like those who trespass the limits on an allowed matter or a prohibited matter, those who go to the extreme over what He has allowed, allow what He has prohibited, or prohibit what He has allowed. But, He likes that what He has allowed be considered as such (without extravagance) and what He has prohibited be considered as such. This is the justice that He has commanded.''

At-Tufyal said, "I came to 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar one day and he asked me to follow him to the market. I said to him, 'What will you do in the market if you will not stop to sell nor seek any goods or barter with them or sit in any of the assemblies of the market?' 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said that we should sit down and talk, and then he said, 'Abu Batn (lit. father of the belly, as at-Tufayl had a prominent stomach), we go out in the morning only for the sake of the greeting. We greet whomever we meet.' " (Muwatta)

'Umar bin khattab r.a.a was strictly anti-obesity. He used to say to the people (regardless of them being scholars or layman)

" أيها الناس إياكم والبطنة من الطعام فإنها مكسلة عن الصلاة مفسدة للجسد مورثة للسقم وأن الله تبارك وتعالى يبغض الحبر السمين ولكن عليكم بالقصد في قوتكم فإنه أدنى من الأصلاح وأبعد من السرف، وأقوى على عبادة الله ، وإنه لن يهلك عبد حتى يؤثر شهوته على دينه "

" Oh people! Beware of developing a fat belly as a result of over eating because it makes you lazy in/for your prayers, its hurtful for your body, makes you unhealthy and Allah does not like the overweight...rather upon you is to be careful about your intake because that is more closer to righteousness and far from extravagance and makes you gain strength to worship Allah and a slave does not perish untill his desires get the better of him overcoming his commitment to the deen! "

‘Umar RA used to say: “O people, beware of eating too much, for it makes you lazy in prayer, is bad for your body and causes sickness. Allah hates the fat man. Rather you should be moderate in your eating, for that is closer to righteousness and farther removed from extravagance, and makes one stronger to worship Allah. No person will be doomed unless he gives precedence to his desires over his religious commitment.”(Al-Khaleefah al-Farooq, by Dr.’Abdur Rahman al-’Ani)
Ibn al-Jawzi stated that ‘Umar saw a man with a huge belly and said: “What is this?” He said, “A blessing from Allah.” He said, “Rather it is a punishment from Allah.” (Manaaqib Ameer al-Mu’mineen, p.200)
Umar (RA) also used to emphasize the importance of exercise, horsemanship and horseback riding. He used to say: “Teach your children swimming and archery, and train them to be proficient on horseback, and teach them some beautiful poetry.” (Al-Khaleefah al-Farooq, p.125 quoting from ar-Riyad an-Nadrah)

In the name of ALLAH the most benefecient and the merciful
Lending Loan
Al Quran mentions the Spending in the way of ALLAH as the Loan lent to ALLAH himself.

[002.245] Who is he that will lend to Allâh a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times? And it is Allâh that decreases or increases (your provisions), and to Him you shall return.

This is not an ayah mentioned for loans between people, but this increases the good deed of giving loans.

People go for finances out of necessity but we don't have the habit of writing down the loans. Even if we write we don't have witnesses. Maximum thing we do is to have some scribbled notes on loan. But when a problem arises, we take the help of Quran to understand and make understand the necesity of writing down loan. See what QUran says about loan

"

[002.282] O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you. Let not the scribe refuse to write as Allâh has taught him, so let him write. Let him (the debtor) who incurs the liability dictate, and he must fear Allâh, his Lord, and diminish not anything of what he owes. But if the debtor is of poor understanding, or weak, or is unable to dictate for himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her. And the witnesses should not refuse when they are called (for evidence). You should not become weary to write it (your contract), whether it be small or big, for its fixed term, that is more just with Allâh; more solid as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves, except when it is a present trade which you carry out on the spot among yourselves, then there is no sin on you if you do not write it down. But take witnesses whenever you make a commercial contract. Let neither scribe nor witness suffer any harm, but if you do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So be afraid of Allâh; and Allâh teaches you. And Allâh is All-Knower of everything."
