The waaw (و)(in Surah al Faatir [35:32]) has a right to be written with teardrops.

In the Name of ALLAH, The Most Beneficent and The Most Merciful
The waaw (و)(in Surah al Faatir [35:32]) has a right to be written with teardrops.

Shaykh Muhammad al-Ameen al-Shanqeeti mentioned in his book Adhwaa’ al-Bayaanthat from amongst the verses that give the most hope to a believer is:

“Then We gave the Book (the Quran) for inheritance to such of Our slaves whom We chose. Then of them are
some who wrong their own selves, and of them are
some who follow a middle course, and of them are
some who are, by Allah’s Leave, foremost in good deeds.
That (inheritance of the Quran), that is indeed a great grace.”
[al-Faatir 35: 32]“

Point 1:

Allaah `azza wa jall makes it clear in this verse that the Ummah’s inheritance of the Book of Allaah is an indication that He subhaanahu wa ta’aala has chosen it above others, “Then We gave the Book (the Quran) for inheritance to such of Our slaves whom We chose”
Then He clarified that they were of three groups:

*First: The dhaalim li-nafsihi – the one who oppresses and wrongs himself, he obeys Allaah and disobeys Him at times. About such a person, Allaah `azza wa jall has said;

And [there are] others who have acknowledged their sins. They had mixed a righteous deed with another that was bad. Perhaps Allah will turn to them in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

*Second: The muqtasid – the one who takes a middle path. He is the one that obeys Allaah and does not disobey Him, but yet he doesn’t draw closer to Him by the nawaafil (supererogatory deeds).
Third: The saabiq bil-khayraat - the one who races to do righteous deeds and he is the one that performs the obligatory and avoids the muharramaat (forbidden acts) and he draws closer to Allaah with acts of obedience that are otherwise not mandatory.
And this is the most correct interpretation regarding the 3 types of people in this verse.

Then Allaah subhaanahu wa ta’aala promised all three of them everlasting Paradise as the next verse says:
جَنَّاتُعَدْنٍيَدْخُلُونَهَا يُحَلَّوْنَ فِيهَا مِنْ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٍ وَلُؤْلُؤًا ۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمْ فِيهَا حَرِيرٌ
“‘And (Eden) Paradise will theyenter, therein will they be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments there will be of silk…” [al-Faatir 35: 33]

Point #2:

The Importance of the Waaw(
و)in Proving all 3 types of people will enter Paradise
This is where the importance of grammar comes in because the only way it is understood that all 3 types of the above people in this Ummah will enter Paradise is due to the letter waaw(
و) in the word يدخلونهاThis is called the waaw al-jam’ [collective waaw] and it represents the action of 3 or more people, e.g:يدخلHe enters [singular]يدخلان- They (2 people only) enter [dual]يدخلون- They (plural. 3 or more) enter [plural]
This is why some people say regarding the waaw in the above ayah: “
حق لهذه الواو أن تكتب بماء العينين” - i.e. ‘this waaw (و) has a right to be written with teardrops.’
And the fact that the first of the 3 types to be mentioned is the one who wrongs himself, brings the most hope to such a person in this Ummah.

Point #3:

The people of knowledge differed as to why the dhaalim li-nafsihi (the one who wrongs himself) was mentioned prior to the the muqtasid (one taking a middle path) and the saabiq (one racing in good).
Some of them said that the dhaalim was mentioned first so that he doesn’t despair and the saabiq was mentioned last so that he doesn’t become amazed at his deeds, rendering them vain.
Others said that the dhaalim was preceded first because most of the people in Jannah are those who have wronged themselves and the ones who do not fall into disobedience are very few as is stated in the ayah:
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَقَلِيلٌ مَّا هُمْ ۗ
…those who believe and do righteous deeds – and few are they.. [Saad 38:24]

Tawil

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy
Came across a Nice blog on Tawil .
Ta' wil(تَأْوِيلِهِ) means interpretation
[Word
Ta'wil used in Qura'n Soorah Yoosuf Chapter  12 verse :6,21,36,37,44,45,100,101
Soorah Kahf  Chapter 18 Verse 78,82]

The word 'Tawil' is a term that today's Muslims must understand. Let me explain you with an example from the Bani Israel. Surah Ar'af ch 7 verse 163 : Ask them concerning the town standing close by the se. Behold they transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath. For, on the day of their Sabbath their fishes did come to them openly holdin gup their heads.  But on the day of Non-Sabbath , they came not : Thus did w e made a trial for them.....

What Happened ? The Bani Israel were forbidden to fish on Saturday and Allah tested them by making the fishes popping their faces out of the water on the day of Sabbath to tempt them. And they were tempted. They did not fish on Saturday but they threw their nets in the water on Friday and picked up on Sunday morning with fishes..On the face of it, they did not fish on Saturday but technically they did... In the term of Shariah they changed the meanings of the command of Allah.. SO ? Allah changed them into apes...Verse number 65 of Surah Bakarah says that Allah punihsed them to set an exemplory example for the people at that time and later.

  The Bani Israel did Tawil..
Changing the meaning of Allah's command  without changing the word of Allah's book. That was what the Bani Israel did. And that is what many Muslims are doing today.
It was the materialistic love that made them try to fiddle with Allah's command. It is the materialistic desire that makes Muslims of today do Tawil of Allah's command.

You must have heard many Muslim girls defending her Non Hijabi dress :  Hijab is of the heart and not of the body.. I observe the hijab of heart so I am right if I dont wear a hijab ! .. This is a dangerous statement even if one does not know the significance from Qur'anic perspective. Note the words of Surah Kahf ch 18, verse 57..We have put a veil over their hearts...Actually Allah is referring to their hearts which is not responding to His command... Now if some one says that he observes the hijab of heart what does it mean? She is admitting that her heart is covered ( That is why she is not observing hijab).

The Saturday for Bani israel was a holy day. No work no trading nothing. Keep aside whole day for worshpping Allah. Now take for example Jumuah. Allah has made easy for us by not forbidding trading and work for the whole day of Jumuah. But Surha Jumah says : O you who believe ! when the call for prayer on Friday is proclaimed, hasten earnestly to the rememberance of Allah, leave off bussiness....Allah further makes it easier for us than the Sabbath of Bani Israel.... the next verse says.. And when the prayer is finihsed you may dispersed through the land and seek bounty of Allah......

But we see a large number of Muslims are still occupied in trading and entertainment and chatting, when the call for Jumuah is proclaimed, thinking it to be a petty order.. NO it is not... There are many such examples where we either ignore Allah's command and take it something to be halal  that which is forbidden in the Book of Allah.... Dont fiddle with the shariah.. you are playing with fire...
