Tawil

Came across a Nice blog on Tawil .
Ta' wil(تَأْوِيلِهِ) means interpretation
[Word  Ta'wil used in Qura'n Soorah Yoosuf Chapter  12 verse :6,21,36,37,44,45,100,101 
Soorah Kahf  Chapter 18 Verse 78,82]

The word 'Tawil' is a term that today's Muslims must understand. Let me explain you with an example from the Bani Israel. Surah Ar'af ch 7 verse 163 : Ask them concerning the town standing close by the se. Behold they transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath. For, on the day of their Sabbath their fishes did come to them openly holdin gup their heads.  But on the day of Non-Sabbath , they came not : Thus did w e made a trial for them..... 

  What Happened ? The Bani Israel were forbidden to fish on Saturday and Allah tested them by making the fishes popping their faces out of the water on the day of Sabbath to tempt them. And they were tempted. They did not fish on Saturday but they threw their nets in the water on Friday and picked up on Sunday morning with fishes..On the face of it, they did not fish on Saturday but technically they did... In the term of Shariah they changed the meanings of the command of Allah.. SO ? Allah changed them into apes...Verse number 65 of Surah Bakarah says that Allah punihsed them to set an exemplory example for the people at that time and later. 

  The Bani Israel did Tawil..
Changing the meaning of Allah's command  without changing the word of Allah's book. That was what the Bani Israel did. And that is what many Muslims are doing today.

  It was the materialistic love that made them try to fiddle with Allah's command. It is the materialistic desire that makes Muslims of today do Tawil of Allah's command. 

     You must have heard many Muslim girls defending her Non Hijabi dress :  Hijab is of the heart and not of the body.. I observe the hijab of heart so I am right if I dont wear a hijab ! .. This is a dangerous statement even if one does not know the significance from Qur'anic perspective. Note the words of Surah Kahf ch 18, verse 57..We have put a veil over their hearts...Actually Allah is referring to their hearts which is not responding to His command... Now if some one says that he observes the hijab of heart what does it mean? She is admitting that her heart is covered ( That is why she is not observing hijab).

  The Saturday for Bani israel was a holy day. No work no trading nothing. Keep aside whole day for worshpping Allah. Now take for example Jumuah. Allah has made easy for us by not forbidding trading and work for the whole day of Jumuah. But Surha Jumah says : O you who believe ! when the call for prayer on Friday is proclaimed, hasten earnestly to the rememberance of Allah, leave off bussiness....Allah further makes it easier for us than the Sabbath of Bani Israel.... the next verse says.. And when the prayer is finihsed you may dispersed through the land and seek bounty of Allah......

   But we see a large number of Muslims are still occupied in trading and entertainment and chatting, when the call for Jumuah is proclaimed, thinking it to be a petty order.. NO it is not... There are many such examples where we either ignore Allah's command and take it something to be halal  that which is forbidden in the Book of Allah.... Dont fiddle with the shariah.. you are playing with fire...
