ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கு ஒரு குர்பானிப் பிராணி போதும் (ஹஜ்ஜில் இருப்பவர்களைத்தவிர)

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கு ஒன்று போதும் (ஹஜ்ஜில் இருப்பவர்களைத்தவிர)

குர்பானி கொடுப்பது என்பது இன்று பெருமைக்காக செய்யப்படும் செயலாகி விட்டது. வீட்டில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒரு ஆடு வீதம் கணக்கிட்டு தற்பெருமை நிமித்தம் குர்பானி கொடுக்கப்படும் பழக்கம் இருந்து வருகின்றது. இது தேவையற்றதாகும். ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கு ஒரு ஆடே போதும். இதை பின்வரும் ஹதீஸ் தெளிவுபடுத்துகின்றது.

நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களின் காலத்தில் உங்களுடைய குர்பானி கொடுக்கும் பழக்கம் எப்படி இருந்தது? என்று அபூஅய்யூப் அல் அன்சாரி(ரலி) அவர்களிடம் கேட்டேன். அதற்கு அவர்கள் நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களின் காலத்தில் ஒருவர் தனக்காகவும், தன் குடும்பத்தினருக்காகவும் ஒரு ஆட்டை குர்பானி கொடுப்பார். அதை அவர்களும் உண்பார்கள். பிறருக்கும் உண்ணக் கொடுப்பார்கள். இந்நிலை இன்று மக்கள் பெருமைக்காக செய்யும் வரை இருந்தது. தற்போது நாம் காணும் நிலை ஏற்பட்டு விட்டது(அதாவது ஒரு குடும்பத்தினரே பல ஆடுகளை குர்பானி கொடுக்கும்நிலை ஏற்பட்டது) என்று பதில் கூறினார்கள். அறிவிப்பாளர்: அதாஉ இப்னு யஸார்(ரலி),[திர்மிதி:1505, இப்னுமாஜா:3147, முஅத்தா அல்-மாலிக்].

“நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினர் ஒரு ஆட்டையோ, இரண்டு ஆட்டையோ குர்பானி கொடுத்தனர் என்ற சுன்னத்தை நான் அறிந்த பிறகு (நான் ஒரு ஆட்டை குர்பானி கொடுப்பதால்) என்னை என் குடும்பத்தினர் கல்நெஞ்சன் என்று கருதுகின்றனர். (நான் பல ஆடுகளை கொடுக்காததால்)என் அண்டை வீட்டார் என்னை கஞ்சன் என்கின்றனர்” அறிவிப்பாளர்: அபூ ஸரீஹா(ரலி) [இப்னுமாஜா: 3148]

குர்பானிப் பிராணி தம் குடும்பத்தாருக்காக முன்கூட்டியே தயார் செய்த (சாதாரண) இறைச்சியாகவே அமையும்

பராஉ இப்னு ஆஸிப்(ரலி) கூறினார்

(ஈதுல் அள்ஹா பெருநாள் உரையில்) நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், 'இன்றைய தினம் நாம் முதலாவதாகச் செய்ய வேண்டியது யாதெனில், முதலில் நாம் (பெருநாள் தொழுகை) தொழுவோம்; பிறகு (தொழுகையிலிருந்து திரும்பிச் சென்று குர்பானிப்பிராணிகளை அறுப்போம். இதை செய்கிறவர் நம்முடைய வழியைப் பின்பற்றியவராவார். (பெருநாள் தொழுகைக்கு) முன்பே (குர்பானிப் பிராணியை) அறுக்கிறவருக்கு அது, தம் குடும்பத்தாருக்காக முன்கூட்டியே தயார் செய்த (சாதாரண) இறைச்சியாகவே அமையும்; அது (குர்பானி) வழிபாட்டில் எதிலும் சேராது' என்று கூறினார்கள்.

உடனே (தொழுகைக்கு முன்பு அறுத்து விட்டிருந்த) அபூ புர்தா இப்னு நியார்(ரலி) எழுந்து, '(இறைத்தூதர் அவர்களே!) என்னிடம் ஒரு வயதுடைய (வெள்ளாட்டு) குட்டி ஒன்று இருக்கிறது' என்று கூறினார்கள். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் 'அதை அறுத்திடுவீராக! உமக்குப் பிறகு வேறெவருக்கும் அது செல்லாது' என்று கூறினார்கள்.3

'(பெருநாள்) தொழுகைக்குப் பின்னால் அறுக்கிறவரின் (குர்பானி) வழிபாடு பூர்த்தியாகி விடும்; மேலும், அவர் முஸ்லிம்களின் வழி முறையைப் பின்பற்றியவராவார்' என்று இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்' என மற்றோர் அறிவிப்பில் உள்ளது.

இதையும் பராஉ(ரலி) அவர்களே அறிவித்தார்கள் [ஸஹீஹுல் புகாரி: 5545,5560]

மிக்னஃப் இப்ன் ஸுலைம்(ரலி) அவர்கள் அறிவிக்கிறார்கள்:

நாங்கள் நபி(ﷺ) அவர்களுடன் அரஃபாத்த்தில் நின்று கொண்டு இருந்தோம். அப்பொழுது அவர்கள், "ஓ மனிதர்களே! நிச்சயமாக் உங்களில் ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பமும், ஒவ்வொரு ஆன்டும், உழ்ஹிய்யா மற்றும் அதீரா கொடுக்க வேண்டும்" என்று கூறினார்கள். [இப்ன் மாஜா: 3125]

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

தொழுகயின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றி சில வசணங்கள்
1.(விசுவாசிகளே!) அவன்பக்கமே திரும்பியவர்களாக (இயற்கை மார்க்கமான இஸ்லாத்தில் நிலைத்திருங்கள்), இன்னும் அவனை பயந்து கொள்ளுங்கள், தொழுகையையும் நிறைவேற்றுங்கள், மேலும் இணைவைத்துக் கொண்டிருப்போரில் நீங்கள் ஆகிவிடாதீர்கள்

2. மனிதர்களே! உங்களுடைய இரட்சகனை நீங்கள் வணங்குங்கள்; அவன் எத்தகையவனென்றால் உங்களையும் உங்களுக்கு முன்னிருந்தோர்களையும் படைத்தான்; (அதனால்) நீங்கள் பயபக்தியுடையோராகலாம். [ஸூரத்துல் பகரா  2:21]
3. இவர்களுக்குப் பின்னர், (வழிகெட்ட) தீய பின்தோன்றல்கள் இவர்களுடைய இடத்தை அடைந்தார்கள், தொழுகையை (த் தொழாது) வீணாக்கினார்கள், மனோ இச்சைகளையும் பின்பற்றினார்கள், ஆகவே, அவர்கள் (மறுமையில்) பெரும் தீமையைச் சந்திப்பார்கள். [ஸூரத்து மர்யம் 19:59]
4.எவர் அர்ரஹ்மானுடைய நல்லுபதேசத்தைப் புறக்கணித்து விடுகின்றாரோ, அவருக்கு நாம், ஒரு ஷைத்தானை (நண்பனாக)ச் சாட்டிவிடுவோம், அவன் அவருக்கு இணை பிரியாத தோழனாகி விடுகிறான். [ஸூரத்துஜ் ஜுக்ருஃப் 43:36]
5. கெண்டைக்காலைவிட்டு (திரை) அகற்றப்பட்டுவிடும் நாளில், அவர்களோ (அந்நாளின்போது) சிரம்பணிவதின் பால் அழைக்கப்படுவர், ஆனால் அவர்கள் (சிரம்பணிய) சக்தி பெறமாட்டார்கள்.அவர்களுடைய பார்வைகளெல்லாம் கீழ் நோக்கியவையாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் இழிவு அவர்களைச் சூழ்ந்துகொள்ளும், (இம்மையில்) சுகமானவர்களாக இருந்த சமயத்தில் சிரம் பணிந்து வணங்க நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டு வந்தார்கள்.ஆகவே, என்னையும் இச்செய்தியைப் பொய்யாக்குபவரையும் விட்டுவிடுவீராக! அவர்கள் அறியாத விதத்தில் படிப்படியாக அவர்களை நாம் பிடிப்போம். [ஸூரத்துல் கலம் 68:42-44]
6. ஓவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும், தான் சம்பாதித்தவற்றுக்குப் பிணையாக்கப் பட்டதாகும்.ஆயினும் (வலக்கையில் பதிவுப் புத்தகம் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட) வலது சாரியினர் தவிர-(அவர்கள்) சுவனங்களில் (இருப்பர்) அப்போது தங்களுக்குள் (விசாரித்துக்) கேட்பார்கள்.குற்றவாளிகளைப்பற்றி-“உங்களை ஸகர் எனும் நரகத்தில் புகுத்தியது எது?” அ(தற்க)வர்கள், “தொழக்கூடியவர்களில் (உள்ளவர்களாக) நாங்கள் இருக்கவில்லை” என்று கூறுவார்கள்.  [ஸூரத்துல் முத்தஸ்ஸிர் 74:38-43]
7. (மறுமைநாள் வெகுதூரமென நீங்கள் எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்களே!) அவ்வாறல்ல! (இதோ அதன் தொடக்கமாக மரணவேளையில் அவன் உயிர்) தொண்டைக்குழியை அடைந்துவிட்டால்,“மந்திரிப்பவன் எவன்?” என்றும் கேட்கப்படுகிறது.(ஆனால்) அவனோ நிச்சயமாக இதுதான் தன்னுடைய (பிரிவுக்குரிய காலம்) என்பதை (உறுதியாக) அறிந்து கொள்கிறான்.இன்னும், (அவனுடைய) கெண்டைக்கால், கெண்டைக் காலோடு பின்னிக்கொள்ளும்.அந்நாளில் இழுத்துச் செல்லப்படுதல் உமதிரட்சகன்பால் இருக்கிறது.(அல்லாஹ்வுடைய வேதத்தையும், அவனின் தூதரையும்) அவன் உண்மையாக்கவில்லை, அவன் இரட்சகனைத் தொழவுமில்லை.எனினும் அவன் பொய்யாக்கி புறக்கணித்தும் விட்டான்.பின்னர், தன் குடும்பத்தாரிடம் அகம்பாவம் கொண்டவனாகச் சென்று விட்டான்.(மனிதனே!) உன்னை அழிக்கக்கூடியது நெருங்கிவிட்டது.! பின்னரும் உன்னை அழிக்கக்கூடியது நெருங்கிவிட்டது. [ஸூரத்துல் கியாமா 75:26-34]
8. (நம் அத்தாட்சிகளைப்) பொய்யாக்குபவர்களே! உலகில்) நீங்கள் புசியுங்கள், கொஞ்சம் சுகமும் அனுபவியுங்கள்; நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் குற்றவாளிகளே-(அல்லாஹ்வின் வசனங்களைப்) பொய்யாக்குபவர்களுக்கு அந்நாளில் கேடுதான். மேலும், அவர்களிடம், “நீங்கள் குனிந்து (தொழுது) கொள்ளுங்கள்” என்று கூறப்பட்டால், அவர்கள் (தொழுது) குனியமாட்டார்கள்.[ஸூரத்துல் முர்ஸலாத் 77:46-48]
9. எனவே, தொழுகையாளிகளுக்கு கேடுதான்.அவர்கள் எத்தகையோரென்றால், தங்கள் தொழுகையை (நிறைவேற்றுவதை)விட்டும் பராமுகமாக இருப்போர்.அத்தகையோர்தான் (மற்றவர்களுக்குக்) காண்பிக்(கவே தொழு)கிறார்கள். [ஸூரத்துல் மாஊன் 107:4-6]

Importance of Prayer

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. [Soorah ar-Room chapter 30: verse 31]  (And remain always) turning in repentance to Him (only), and be afraid and dutiful to Him; and perform As-Salât (the prayers) and be not of Al-Mushrikûn (the polytheists, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh).

2. [Soorah Maryam chapter 19:verse 59] Then, there has succeeded them posterity who have given up As-Salât (the prayers) and have followed lusts. So, they will be thrown in Hell.

3. [Soorah az-Zukhruf  chapter 43: verse 36] And whosoever turns away blindly from the remembrance of the Most Gracious (Allâh) (i.e. this Qur'ân and worship of Allâh), We appoint for him Shaitân (Satan – devil) to be a Qarîn (a companion) to him.

4. [Soorah al-Qalam chapter 68:verse 42-44] (Remember) the Day when the Shin shall be laid bare (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) and they shall be called to prostrate themselves (to Allâh), but they (hypocrites and those who pray to show off or to gain good reputation) shall not be able to do so.
Their eyes will be cast down and ignominy will cover them; they used to be called (call for the congregational prayer in the mosque) to prostrate themselves (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not come to the mosque). (Tafsir At-Tabarî and Al-Qurtubi)
Then leave Me Alone with such as deny this Qur'ân. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not.
5.[Soorah al-Muddaththir chapter 74:verse 38-43] Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, Except those on the Right (i.e. the pious true believers of Islâmic Monotheism).In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, About Al-Mujrimûn (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers) (and they will say to them):"What has caused you to enter Hell?" They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer the Salât (prayers)
6. [Soorah al-Qiyaamah chapter 75: verse 26-34] Nay, when (the soul) reaches to the collarbone (i.e. up to the throat in its exit),  And it will be said: "Who can cure him (and save him from death)?" And he (the dying person) will conclude that it was (the time) of parting (death); And one leg will be joined with another leg (shrouded).The drive will be on that Day to your Lord (Allâh)! So, he (the disbeliever) neither believed (in this Qur'ân and in the Message of Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) nor prayed! But on the contrary, he denied (this Qur'ân and the Message of Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) and turned away! Then he walked in conceit (full pride) to his family admiring himself! Woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you!

7.[Soorah al-Mursalaat  chapter 77: verse 46-48] (O you disbelievers)! Eat and enjoy yourselves (in this worldly life) for a little while. Verily, you are Mujrimûn (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals).Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)!And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourselves (in prayer)!" They bow not down (offer not their prayers).
8. [Soorah al-Maa'oon chapter 107:verse 4-5] So, woe to those performers of Salât (prayers) (hypocrites),Those who delay their Salât (prayer from their stated fixed times).
9. It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the Apostle (may peace and blessings be upon him) saying. Verily between man and between polytheism and unbelief is the negligence of prayer [Sahih Muslim 82 a,Tirmidhi :2618]

10.‘Abdullah bin Buraidah narrated that his father said:
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer; so whoever leaves it, he has committed Kufr.’” [Sunan Ibn Majah :1132, also narrated by Imam Ahmad, Abu Dawood, al-Tirmidhi:2621, al-Nasa’i]
11. Narrated Abdullah bin Shaqiq Al-'Uqayli: The Companions of Muhammad (ﷺ) didn't consider leaving anything to be disblief except for the Salat.[Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2622]
12. Narrated Abu Hurairah : 'I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: "Indeed the first deed by which a servant will be called to account on the Day of Resurrection is his Salat. If it is complete, he is successful and saved, but if it is defective, he has failed and lost. So if something is deficient in his obligatory (prayers) then the Lord, Mighty and Sublime says: 'Look! Are there any voluntary (prayers) for my worshipper?' So with them, what was deficient in his obligatory (prayers) will be completed. Then the rest of his deeds will be treated like that." [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 413 Sahih (Darussalam)]

[al-Baqarah 2:238] Guard strictly (five obligatory) As-Salawat (the prayers) especially the middle Salat (i.e. the best prayer - 'Asr). And stand before Allah with obedience [and do not speak to others during the Salat (prayers)].
13.  Narrated Abu Qatadah ibn Rib'iyy: Allah , the Exalted said: I made five times' prayers obligatory on your people, and I took a guarantee that if anyone observes them regularly at their times, I shall admit him to Paradise; if anyone does not offer them regularly, there is no such guarantee of Mine for him. [Sunan Abi Dawud 430 Hasan (Al-Albani)]
14.  Narrated Ibn Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever misses the Asr prayer (intentionally) then it is as if he lost his family and property." [Sahih al-Bukhari 552]
15.  Narrated Abu Al-Mahh :We were with Buraida in a battle on a cloudy day and he said, "Offer the Asr prayer early as the Prophet said, "Whoever leaves the Asr prayer, all his (good) deeds will be annulled." [Sahih al-Bukhari 553]

17. Imam Ahmad reported in his 'Musnad'  that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessing be upon him) talked about Salah (prayer) and said: He who establishes regular prayer, his prayer will be turned into light, proof, and salvation (deliverance) on the Day of Judgement. Whereas he who neglects it, he will be deprived from light, proof, and salvation, and will be with Qaroon (Korah), Fir'awn (Pharaoh), Haman (Pharaoh's minister), and Ubay Ibn Khalaf (one of the fiercest enemies of Islam its early days). [This Hadith is judged as Hasan (acceptable) by al-Arna'oot, also in Musnad Daarmee:2723]
18: Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No prayer is heavier upon the hypocrites than the Fajr and the `Isha' prayers and if they knew what is in them (in reward), they would have attended them, even if (it was) crawling. Certainly, I felt the urge to order the Mu'adh-dhin (call-maker) so that he would pronounce Iqama, then order a man to lead the people (in prayer), then take a flame of
fire so that I burn (the houses) upon those who had not left for the prayer yet." [Sahih al-Bukhari 657]
19.  Narrated `Abdullah:A person was mentioned before the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and he was told that he had kept on sleeping till morning and had not got up for the prayer. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Satan urinated in his ears." [Sahih al-Bukhari 1144]
20.  Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Satan puts three knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every knot he reads and exhales the following words, 'The night is long, so stay asleep.' When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone, and when one prays the third knot is undone and one gets up energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up lazy and with a mischievous heart." [Sahih al-Bukhari 1142]

Narrated `Abdullah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) : I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) "Which deed is the dearest to Allah?" He replied, "To offer the prayers at their early stated fixed times."  [Sahih al-Bukhari 527]
