Knowledge according to Ibn Al- Qayyim (Rah)

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allaah have mercy on him, said:

“Knowledge is, “Allaah said … His Messenger said …
The Companions said …” and it is not hidden.”

Path of Haqq is one

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

[Al-Baqara  2:257 Allahu waliyyu allatheena amanoo yukhrijuhum mina alththulumati ila alnnoori waallatheena kafaroo awliyaohumu alttaghootu yukhrijoonahum mina alnnoori ila alththulumati olaika ashabu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona

Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullah) said:
"Why does the word Dhulumaat (darkness) come in the Quraan plural [single is: Dhulmah or Dhalaam] and the word Noor (Light) comes single? This is from the miracles of the Quraan. Because the paths of Baatil are many and the path of Haqq is one !
